Junior Foreman - $2M Education Project

Opportunity

This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door working with a leading main contractor who is looking to train, invest and develop the next generation of up and coming Foreman.

You will be working side by side with a long tenured Site Manager who will show you the ropes of management with the view of moulding you into a Site Manager in the next 3 -5 years with a clear progression in plan in place.  

Builder

Work with a highly regarded local Brisbane main contractor who have built their reputation on delivering award winning commercial, education and residential projects upto $15m.

What you'll get with this builder is a breath of fresh air extending to their way of building relationships, resources, systems and leadership who all lead from the front.

Strong pipeline of work with national repeat clients all central to Brisbane CBD with modern systems/processes, well resourced project teams and a leading brand behind them.

In return you will work with a business who genuinely has a care for your wellbeing and work with leadership who will have a track record of promoting internally where desirable.

Required:

• Trade qualified in carpentry  
• Track record of longevity with previous employers 
• Commercial experience is desirable but not essential
• Team player above all else
• Reliable, honest, & driven
• Drivers license and own reliable transport
