Join us in facilitating the delivery of client tax guides for the Wealth Management Australia division. Your role will be driving the accuracy and timely release of client tax guides, by understanding daily security income and holding reconciliations and processing for exceptions. As well as providing support to the front office regarding client Tax Reporting. Along with working with our Tax Reporting system Service Provider, our core APAC platform, custodian, and our offshore operations teams to drive ongoing improvements to the Tax Reporting system.
Your responsibilities will be varied, ranging from being a team player for our Australia client Tax Reporting service, ensuring successful reflecting the correct and relevant information in our service provider’s platform and being a Subject Matter Experts for the front for any client Tax Reporting questions.
With key duties also including:
- Resolving and helping front office’s client queries in relation to client tax guides and other ad hoc tasks.
- Reviewing the daily reconciliation between our core banking platform and service provider’s platform.
- Supporting the annual client Tax Reporting process, including conducting sanity checks, maker checker process and other ad hoc reviews.
- Assisting with the ongoing maintenance of Tax Reporting procedure documents in response to changing business needs.
- Taking on enhancement projects and co-ordinate with other teams to ensure a timely delivery.
- Preparing and reviewing weekly metrics and ensure all issues are escalated and necessary controls have been taken.

Qualifications
- Self-motivated individual with high attention to detail required to accurately perform and review reconciliations in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of corporate action events and/or Australian Tax Reporting for private clients will be highly valued.
- Have a strong risk mindset and be able to escalate issues and be transparent.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Innovative and able to drive results.
- Strong teamwork skill to collaborate with internal and external teams. Be able to demonstrate a strong partnership and inclusive to all team members.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge including the ability to effectively manage high volumes of data.
- CA/CPA qualified or fund accountancy background.
