Role Summary
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to developing both the front-end and back-end of our software applications. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and learning, assisting in the creation of intuitive user interfaces and supporting backend systems. With a focus on growth, you will help in maintaining data consistency and implementing technical requirements into functional software. This role is designed for someone who is keen to apply their foundational computer science education and who is eager to expand their knowledge of web development, databases, and modern development practices. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing both front-end and back-end code for new or existing applications.
- Collaborate with the development team to design user interfaces that are intuitive and provide a positive user experience.
- Support the maintenance of databases and ensure data consistency throughout applications.
- Participate in the translation of business requirements into technical designs under the guidance of senior staff.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Help adhere to coding standards and participate in code review sessions to ensure best practices and quality.
- Keep up to date with emerging development tools and technologies, applying learned concepts to daily work.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving defects reported in the software.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Some experience or knowledge in Full Stack development practices.
- Basic understanding of web development, including HTML5, CSS3, and general web design principles.
