The Spark Consortium has been selected to deliver the Central Package of the North East Link Project - Victoria's biggest road project.
The Spark Consortium's Design and Construction Contractor - which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering, and China Construction Oceania - will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project.

About the opportunity:
To support the delivery of the North East Link Central Package, we are seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to join our team. The role will also be exposed to a mixture of self-perform and subcontractor management. Role required for immediate start and candidates must be flexible with nightshift.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ideally, previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a major project
- Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
- Excellent awareness of, and attitude toward Safety
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
- Effective communication and builds positive relationships with clients, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors
- Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management
- Self-motivated
- Exceptional Team Leadership skills
- Computer literacy on MS systems & Outlook
Certificate III in Civil & Construction or Certificate IV in Civil & Construction (or equivalent) is desirable.
