Junior General Surgical Registrar

Peninsula Health is seeking motivated junior doctors with an interest in general surgery to join our team at Frankston Hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your surgical career on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.Role Summary

• Participate in a comprehensive surgical service including allocated theatre sessions, ward and outpatient management.
• Engage in surgical audits, multidisciplinary care meetings, and regular teaching sessions.
• Support provided by a team of 20 General Surgeons and Senior Accredited Registrars.
• Operate in a rotating roster including periods as the General Surgical Registrar on-call with consultant support.
• Opportunities for teaching, research, and professional development.
• Requirements
• Applicants should have at least 3 years of postgraduate experience and an interest in surgery.
• Commitment to learning and skill enhancement.
