AddressTPP Hospitality Group is a private Australian owned group with multiple award-winning brands across the Hospitality, Retail & Beauty industries. We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer, ideally with Web Development skills to join our team and work across our brands to create packaging, design concepts & mockups, develop digital and social assets and collaborate in designing assets and creative materials to assist both the sales team and digital team.

Key responsibility and duties:
- Be creative and conceptualise to deliver innovative design solutions that answer a brief.
- Understand basic packaging materials, finishes and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with the Director and brand team to deliver high polished, on-brand packaging solutions.
- Create content for social platforms and digital assets.
- Create and design product brochures and technical sheets and/or sales tools for sales team and promotional programs/events for both offline/online.
- Create and design props, banners, in store merchandising aids, info packs and visuals for trade shows and other sales/pop-up events, collateral for communication in retail stores i.e. posters, signages, window displays and product brochures to drive awareness in store and capture new customers.
- Create and design brand decks and sales pitch for sales team for external pitches to buyer both locally and overseas.
- Trade marketing assets for both e-commerce and retail as required - working with the Global Sales Manager and Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to create design assets for campaigns and activations for both online platform and retail partners/offline distribution.
- Visuals and creative design for all E-commerce websites including logo design, photography, video tutorials, product shots etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience.
- High degree of photoshop editing experience.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience with Word Press.
- Experience with Print/Press OR Packaging/Product Design.
- Experience with branding and brand design - working with deadlines and ability to create and produce mockups autonomously.
- Generating new ideas and concepts.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Work well autonomously as well as a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills - project updates to Directors on weekly basis.
- Be passionate and have a good work attitude/ethic.
