What you’ll do?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven post-graduate to fit in with our Marketing team. We will help guide and train you in our processes, while you put your theory and knowledge into action.
- Create and design print and digital materials inline with our new brand guidelines & templates.
- Be content savvy, providing and summarising written content to be used in our campaigns.
- Acquire a basic understanding of the fundamentals of our business.
- Interact and collaborate with stakeholders to discuss concept, design, timeline and budget.
- Review final layouts and suggest refinements, always looking for continuous improvement individually and within a team.
What you’ll bring?
- Qualification in graphic and/or digital design, with exposure to a range of design executions such as branding, digital, publication and print design, layout, web, PowerPoint.
- Confidence to write-up content to be customer facing, and campaign ready.
- You may have experience freelancing or completing design work in a volunteering capacity.
- Enjoy working as part of a team that is agile, managing multiple diverse projects simultaneously.
- Keen eye for detail, strong proofing skills and ability to condense information for a target audience.
- Happy to take on constructive feedback and always seek continuous improvement.
- Work well on your feet, you are driven, organised and passionate about your work.
What else do you need to apply?
- We want to learn more about you, therefore a relevant cover letter and portfolio is required for your application to be considered.
- Start within a 2-week time frame, ideally.
- Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
