The RoleThe Project Administration Officer will provide project administration support to project managers. You will be responsible for;
- Providing project administration support to project managers
- Processing of invoices
- Billing activities
- Updating budgets
- Generation of purchase requisitions
- Financial data analysis
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with project stakeholders.
- Providing accurate and timely administration support to the team.
- Preparing and distributing project documentation
YouThe successful candidate will have a strong, proven project administration background. You will have the following key competencies:
- 12 months + experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Suite experience with Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work within critical timeframes
- Excellent Communication skills
