As the Junior Graphic Designer for Plum Partners, you will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is perfect for someone with a couple of years experience, looking to expand their skills as part of a full-service agency, in the real estate industry.
Your mission is to work alongside our Senior Graphic Designer to deliver exceptional outcomes for our agents. Our team is dedicated to creating visually compelling designs that effectively showcase properties and enhance brand presence for our Partners. This position requires an excellent communicator who knows how to deliver first-class service, has a passion for design, and is invested in growth, culture, and expansion. We need someone who's positive, accountable, passionate about making a difference and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visually appealing marketing materials and various collateral, including property brochures, documents, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, merchandise, and website content.
- Collaborate with the senior designer, marketing team members, and real estate agents to conceptualise and execute design projects.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Support the design team with various administrative tasks and project management duties.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the real estate industry.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance property presentations and marketing campaigns.
Role Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects, preferably with examples related to real estate or property marketing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
