Junior Help Desk Support

MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions. We are looking for a full-time Junior Help Desk Support to join the team in our head office in Sydney, NSW. Specialising in the IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all the major IT vendors; HP, Samsung, FujiFilm, Lexmark, Apple and Brother through to different B2B industry verticals.

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Winston Hills (Sydney, NSW) location
• Work for an established and fast growing Australian I.T. company

Duties will include:

• Assisting with inbound and outbound calls and emails for technical support enquiries
