Your Role:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, assisting in the recruitment process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Sourcing Talent: Utilise various channels to identify and attract candidates from the hospitality industry who possess the skills and qualities our clients seek.
2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for available positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering exceptional service throughout the hiring process.
4. KPI-driven Performance: Meet and exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating your commitment to achieving targets and contributing to team success.
5. Administration and Documentation: Handle administrative tasks associated with recruitment, such as maintaining candidate databases, updating records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making.
