About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior HR & Compliance Coordinator to join our friendly team on a permanent full-time basis.
As the Junior Coordinator you will contribute to an exceptional employee experience while supporting the day to day operations of the HR team.
Your generalist duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating the recruitment processes
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes
- Performing general HR and compliance administrative duties
- Maintaining accurate personnel files
- Preparing HR documentation
- Serving as a point of contact for HR enquiries
- Providing HR support to senior staff members
- Assisting with other day to day HR and compliance matters
- Conducting internal audits related to NDIS compliance
- Other office related duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree qualified in HR or Business Management or other qualifications in HR/Business administration (preferred but not essential)
- 1-2 years experience in a HR or related administrative role (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of the Fair Work Act and SCHADS Award
- Knowledge of the employment life cycle
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards (preferred but not essential)
- NDIS clearance and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
