Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the management and administration of various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
- Provide assistance with progress claims and external variations.
- Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts.
- Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
- Administer Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients, architects, and consultants.
- Handle project administration tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a contracts administration role within the construction industry, in Australia.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
