Your new company is a critical security solutions innovator that is a major supplier to the Australian government looking for a Human Resources Administrator/Junior Human Resources Advisor to join their HR shared services team on an initial contract of 6 months with a view to permanency.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:
Play a central role as a first point of contact to various management and employees across Australia in delivering specialist advice and support on a variety of people issues, HR matters, enterprise agreements and other related terms and conditions
HR policy interpretation and practical support to varied stakeholders, ensuring consistent application of policy and procedural fairness
Drive continuous improvement processes to ensure consistent levels of customer service, efficient employee support and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction
Utilise Workday and a variety of other internal tools, dashboards and metrics
Supporting ad-hoc HR Projects, various cyclical activities and other projects
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will ideally:
Hold a third level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
Have demonstrable experience in a similar role
Experience with workday would be a significant advantage
Hold working rights that would allow you to be made permeant in this position
