Our client is highly respected organisation, who provides services and supports to thousands of individuals around Australia. With multiple locations around Canberra, this vital Government organisation seeks only the most skilled and professional individuals to assist them in developing programs, policies, and initiatives that will improve the quality of life for Australia’s most vulnerable.
The Role
Our client is seeking to engage multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineers to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions, tailored to suit both the organisation’s internal workforce as well as customers, within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Configure and manage features such as user profiles, authentication methods and access policies
- Support troubleshooting of issues and provide resolution
- Contribute to implementation of automations and integrations
- Optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience
Skills & Experience
The successful candidates will possess:
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions
- Understanding of Customer IAM (CIAM) concepts and principles
- Familiarity with IAM products and platforms, particularly Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
