We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Program Coordinator / Junior Project Manager, with Prince 2, to join NRI's IT Consulting practice in Queensland. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the successful execution of IT projects across diverse sectors, including Banking, Energy, Utilities, Government, and Retail. This role requires flexibility, a consultative mindset, and exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a Program Coordinator / Junior Project Manager role, where you have run projects in your own right, or supported a PM with financials / senior level and complex tasks.
- Experience in IT Consulting or within the Banking, Energy, Utilities, Government or Retail sectors would be advantageous but not essential.
- Certification in Prince 2.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work on projects across different sectors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A consultative mindset with a commitment to achieving project objectives.
