Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Support Desk specialist to join our team at our Gregory Hills, NSW location. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home with a few days in the office.
As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-tier technical support and troubleshooting to our clients.
- Working closely with our customers to identify and resolve any issues, answer questions, and provide technical guidance as needed.
This role also offers flexibility to grow into other roles as you please and you will be provided a variety of tasks and opportunities related to project setup, project management, account management and general admin duties.
Qualifications
- Experience in Genesys Cloud is not required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Works collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams to identify.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with customers in a technical support or consulting role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to communicate with customers across multiple channels
