Our ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
- Be inclusive of others and bring a positive attitude every day

- Be ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy

Essential Criteria:
- Diploma of Children's Services (or working towards and able to prove this)
- Strong proven Team/Room Leader/Lead Educator experience ideally with a similar age group
- Valid Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
- Available 5 days and up to 37.5 hours per week, all shifts and hours the service is open, and able to be flexible when needed.
