Jacaranda Early Education is a beautiful purposely built childcare service, located in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast.

In line with our philosophy, we are looking for a candidate with a strong belief in relationships with families, and the ability to provide an environment rich in learning and providing a sense of identity to each individual child. We have a harmonious and friendly working environment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Lead Educator to lead and implement effective and pedagogical programming, support and guide our Junior Kindy children to ensure a high-quality educational program is delivered.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Well-organized and excellent time management skills
- Willingness to learn and share skills and knowledge
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and being able to use this knowledge to implement an age-appropriate program
- Genuine interest in our children and community
- Minimum one year experience as Lead Educator in Early Childhood settings
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback, and reflects upon best practices
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Blue Card
