You will start as a Junior Legal Assistant working side by side with a close-knit team within the Corporate team. Whilst you will work closely with both Senior Lawyers, you will be required to assist all team members with any administrative tasks they may have. Ensuring you are able to follow instructions and manage your time well will be key! This team is extremely supportive as well as eager to enhance your development and growth.

What can you bring to the table?
The ideal candidate will be:
- motivated and willing to learn however
- remain focused and pay attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to this role will be necessary in order to develop and progress within the Legal support field.
- A high level of professionalism will be expected as you will be handling sensitive information and liaising with various clients.
What would your day-to-day look like?
- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks assigned by the instructing solicitors and/or their assistants.
- Obtain client’s medical records from treating practitioners.
- Collate and prepare briefs, court documents, letters, etc.
- Billing
- Prepare basic correspondence
- Filing and other administrative support
- Legal experience is not essential however general administrative experience would be a major plus.
- Training provided during your onboarding period plus continuous support and guidance
