YOUR NEW ROLE
As a valued Junior Legal admin assistant, being the RIGHT HAND to a top personal Injury Lawyers with busy practices, you will love helping to make a positive difference in the ‘REAL’ lives of injured people.
You will love the VARIETY. Key responsibilities include typing, preparing court documents/correspondence, contacting clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, arranging appointments, collating briefs for barristers, updating database, filing,scanning and general administration.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have MINIMUM 6 months+ experience (or more) as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal or general office administrator;
- have had some personal Injury Law experience (preferable not essential) OR have a keen interest in this area (essential);
- have strong Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and an accurate typing speed of minimum 55+wpm;
- are highly self-motivated, adaptable and have a CAN-DO positive attitude;
- are highly organized+ can meet deadlines;
- love to work in a vibrant, busy+ fast-paced environment;
- are hungry to progress your career long-term with a reputable law firm+ can commit to working either full-time 5 days/week Mondays-Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm ongoing OR minimum any 4 full days/week between Mondays-Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm (essential).
