AddressEmbark on an exciting journey as a Junior Legal Secretary with Jeff Horsey, Solicitor in Upper Coomera. Once onboard, you will be shown the ropes and given every support to build your skills and competence.
Your work will involve reception, administration, typing a lot of legal correspondence, scheduling meetings and more progressive processes and functions as you grow and develop knowledge.
This role offers a structured routine, early Friday finishes, and a supportive work environment. Your mentor, a prominent lawyer in the practice, will be your guide and support. They will take you under their wing and show you the ropes to help you navigate the legal landscape as you learn and grow.
What we need from you in return are excellent interpersonal and writing skills and high levels of organisation, reliability, and customer service. Working in a busy legal practice means having a welcoming manner, an eye for detail, following processes and being on the ball with getting things done promptly.
This permanent, full-time role will suit someone with some secretarial, administration, or customer service skills. It is important that you have an interest in the law and want to carve out a career in secretarial or paralegal work.
