The Role
Working under the guidance of a senior Legal Secretary, this role will suit someone who is looking for a rewarding career within the legal industry.
Your duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Diary and email management of your author
- Correspondence and court document preparation
- Administration tasks including scanning, printing, photocopying, amending documents and any other administrative duties
- Prepare files for archiving and manage return and retrieval of files following firm guidelines
About You
Ideally, you will have 1yr+ administration assistant or Junior Legal Secretary experience with strong organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to work well autonomously and within a team and fantastic communication skills.
