About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Junior Helpdesk Technician to join our team and assist us in achieving our goal of making our Clients exceptionally happy.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, in this role, you will handle first-level support requests that come in from our Clients. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing queries through our ticketing system
  • Utilising our Monitoring and Management tools
  • Participating in project work
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Working within the wider team to provide exceptional customer experiences

About You

As our newest team member, you're an IT literate, excellent communicator with a passion for problem-solving and working through challenges

You will have:

  • An understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services
  • An understanding of TCP/IP and basic networking 
  • Sound knowledge of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems
  • Current driver’s license
  • The ability to work both in a team and autonomously
  • A high attention to detail and a proactive, "get it right the first time" attitude
