We are the leading Real Estate Agency in the Maitland/ Hunter Valley Area. We are a Family Run Business with high levels of service and excellence. Our Business is only 3 years old, and we are continuing to grow. This includes our Marketing Department. 

About the role

As the Junior Marketing Assistant, you will report to the Marketing Director. You will be responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day property advertising, property launches, communication to customers and onsite photoshoots, as well as any other tasks as required.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the creation and scheduling of creative content
• EDM management - planning, execution, and delivery
• Social media management
• Coordination of print media
• Engagement with the broader property team on new marketing briefs
• Support the broader team with launches and material approving. 

About you
A marketing degree isn't required however a passion for property and marketing is. Along with a proactive nature and willingness to learn will see you succeed in this role. Your understanding of social media, print media, and property would give you a base level of knowledge and understanding for this role.
