We're looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to join our Head Office in Melbourne. Joining an experienced, specialised marketing team, the role offers variety across a range of day-to-day and campaign work. The right person for this role will be a skilled generalist marketer, who will enjoy engaging with the support and expertise of content, design, social media and eCommerce specialists.
This is a fast-paced and varied role that offers and requires the management of multiple priorities at one time. The successful candidate will have a passion for all areas of marketing, a creative mindset, and a keen eye for detail and design.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product and design
- Manage and maintain marketing calendars across channels
- Measure and report on marketing activities' performance
- Mange email and SMS marketing platforms
- Manage product release timelines and deliverables
- Oversee the execution of Venues marketing activity including menu updates, product promotions and visual marketing installations
- Contribute to the planning and execution of Wholesale marketing activity including events, branded merchandise and client advice and support
- Contribute to the management of external partnerships
- Manage the marketing response to requests for support from specific channels
You’ll Be Perfect For this Role If You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- A love for coffee!
