We are looking for our next Mortgage Broker Administration Assistant.
The RoleThis role will require you to use your experience and initiative.
You will be able to be autonomous whilst also being able to collaborate and assist our Mortgage Brokers in servicing our Clients mortgage, loans and finance needs.
Our clients deserve the best we can give them, we are looking for someone who is as dedicated to our Client's needs as we are.
Your day to day activities will include:
- Seek and meet new clients, we have a diverse range of client referrals who need your help!
- You will be answering emails, making phone calls and guiding our clients step by step through the loan process with the assistance and support of our Mortgage Brokers.
- In short, you will be our Mortgage Brokers right hand man or woman
- Engage with industry partners, from lenders to solicitors and all in between with courtesy and professionalism to ensure our clients needs are met.
- Maintain and grow your industry knowledge.
- Achieve over and above very realistic KPI's.
Who we are looking for:
