Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Loan Mortgage Broker to capitalise on the vast opportunities presented by our established client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging our extensive network to secure home loans for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Mortgage Brokering and possess the skills to hit the ground running from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise the client base built up by Chevron Equipment Finance to identify and pursue home loan opportunities.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Negotiate competitive interest rates and terms with lenders on behalf of clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the home loan process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, with a strong track record of successfully closing loans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of assessing clients' financial documents accurately.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of clients effectively.
- Must hold a Drivers License
- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking with enrolment into a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking
