We are looking for a multi-tasker who wants to learn and be part of a fun team that supports our business and customers. The right candidate would enjoy a versatile, fast paced environment, where they can use their skills in problem solving, administration tasks and communicating with a range of people.
This position is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm), located in Warabrook.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Providing support to the Operations Coordinator and Internal Sales team
• Handling customer enquiries – phone/emails
• Assist with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Creating Job packs for the workshop
• General administration duties as required
• Processing orders
• Assisting in Warehouse as required
• Filing
The candidate we are looking for will have:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude
• A keen eye for detail
• Current driver's licence
