WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Work with Senior Team members to address customer inquiries
- Coordinate with overseas offices, shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
- Coordinate relevant documentation for processing and clearance.
- Contribute to building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
- Prior Industry Customer Service/Operations experience
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, including Cargowise.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
