Join Our Team As a Junior Optimisation Producer and be responsible for building and editing performance optimisation activities, website improvements and customer experience enhancements across the Foxtel Group focusing on Binge and Hubbl.

• Building and editing A/B tests to optimise user journeys and web pages using a CMS
• Analysing performance data, metrics, and make decisions based on the analysis
• Sharing results and insights to the business to inform business decisions

Skills and Experiences We're Looking For

• Recent experience in Digital Development/Production experience working across client and/or agency side
• Hands on experience with one or more CMS and/or AB Testing tools
• Experience in front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• High level of attention to detail
• The ability to analyse data and problem solve
• A strong will to learn and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development
