Junior Order Processor

Position Overview:
As a Junior Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring a high level of attention to detail in administrative tasks and possessing the capability to understand and interpret building plans. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with project  coordination, and providing vital support to the technical staff.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of building documents and records.
- Create detailed and accurate bill of materials (BOM) for various construction
projects.
- Review and understand building plans, diagrams, and technical documents.
- Collaborate with sales managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of BOM with project requirements and specifications.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and filing documents.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction or office administration is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting building plans and technical documents.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
