Junior People Advisor

Have you just stated your career in HR or had some exposure in this area previously?

Objective:

Supporting the People Advisory team in providing a quality, customer focussed service that effectively supports a department in the Northern Territory Government employees with Human Resource (HR) related advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures and provide support for a range of administrative recruitment activities.

Duties:

-Provide general administrative support to employees undertaking higher duties or transfer at levels.

-Support reruiting managers with the recruitment process ensuring correct process is followed.

-Provide a timely and accurate processing service to business unit clients

-Perform basic system administration in the Performance Management System

-Respond to first level HR enquiries

-Support the development of HR related materials

This is a temporary filling in the NT Government enviornment. It is full time hours of 37.5 per week Monday to Friday. A great opportunity to join a great busy team environment.
