From developing and working with new & existing suppliers, ensuring efficient tracking and management of our global Engineering Projects and working closely with our team in innovation product development; your expertise and knowledge in manufacturing, engineering or construction is desired!

Your Role in our Team:
As the Junior Project Coordinator, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager. Your role will be vital in supporting global Engineering Projects and the team, supporting key teams in development, manufacturing and implementation. By liaising and supporting all parties involved, you will ensure project communication is completed effectively, provide regular project updates and support business growth initiatives.
With your experience in project coordination in a similar role such as engineering, manufacturing, or construction; you will encourage innovating & risk-based thinking, ensure the integration of quality management requirements and take an improvement focused approach to each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and track Engineering Projects across Australia & Thailand.
- Assist with the co-ordination of the GVM Program.
- Capture project scopes, due dates and regular project progress updates.
- Support the Senior Project Manager with team meeting coordination’s, team building event organisation and support team effectiveness.
- Ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues through the adherence of all Health & Safety policies.
- Lead, inspire, coach, and support the company values.
- Support our Quality policies with everything we do and ensure Conformity of Production requirements are upheld.
- Support business growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated Project Coordination experience in a similar role within an Engineering, manufacturing, or contraction team.
- Desirable tertiary qualification in Business/Project Management.
- Proven negotiation and communication skills.
- Efficient and methodical thinking with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and negotiate while building strong working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring team engagement and high performance outcomes to agreed targets and deadlines.
