Our team in Toowoomba is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager with a construction background to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of various projects within the Toowoomba area.
- Oversee and ensure quality control for all projects, with a focus on painting and property services.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and staff to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, actively seeking new business opportunities in the region.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Completed a minimum certificate III in painting - AU recognised.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to be on call during specified hours.
- Suitable applicants MUST pass police check + D&A + other pre-employment checks.
