Qualifications & experience
- QBCC Builders or supervisors license preferable.
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Experience with roof replacements favourable.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Knowledge of Excel and other construction scheduling programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well Presented
- Current driver's license - Full license required. Open license favourable.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a large team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at any given time.
- Honest and reliable.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of construction related OH&S legislations.
- Sound knowledge of QBCC legislations and requirements.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Supervising jobs from commencement to completion.
- Estimating and quoting of jobs.
- Building inspections and assessment reports.
- Manage all trades required to complete each job.
- Communicate with clients and trades to coordinate and complete jobs to a high standard.
- Dispute resolution and objection handling to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure all work is completed to a satisfactory standard and conforms to all legislative requirements.
