Junior Project Manager

A company I am currently engaged with who have had initial success across the hotel and commercial fit-out sector in Sydney, is seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic team as a Junior Project Manager. With a focus on delivering high-quality projects, they boast a diverse portfolio and a growing boutique business within the Sydney market.
Reporting directly to a respected Director with an impressive leadership background, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Director and project teams to oversee early contract involvement on multiple projects.
• Manage front-end processes and design management aspects to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support in the coordination and execution of hotel and commercial fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in early contract involvement, preferably within the hotel or commercial fit-out space.
• Background in client-side or head contractor roles preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of front-end processes and design management.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
