YOUR BIG OPPORTUNITY
As the ‘Project Manager’, you'll lead projects to completion on time and within budget. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging your construction expertise and tech-savvy approach. You'll collaborate closely with your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
- Provide regular progress updates and communicate project risks.
- Create and manage project plans, ensuring timely task completion and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design-related issues and oversee technical specifications.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, optimising resource allocation.
- Use project management software for workflow efficiency and collaboration.
- Manage on-site activities and subcontractors for efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and prepare thorough documentation.

To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience of 2+ years in a similar Project Manager role (experience in fitout or construction projects is preferred).
- Experience working with allied construction trades such as structural steel, facades and other architectural work could be advantageous.
- A good understanding of construction materials, processes, and equipment (previous trade experience is a plus).
- Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Able to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
- High tech proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Positive attitude and a team player who aligns with our client’s culture.
