The Role
As a hardworking and tenacious Junior Project Manager, you will hold 1-2 years’ experience in the Commercial Fit Out industry, the role is suitable for both CAs, Project Coordinators, Assistant PMs and Junior PMs. Your duties including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with producing construction programs, and procurement schedules
- Maintain relationships amongst the clients and subcontractors
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Assisting the management of 6+ projects simultaneously.
- Ensure full compliance with WHS standards, always ensuring the safety of site and team members
- Produce quality plans and ensure the correct standard is maintained throughout the project
- Working off set rates - Report costing, manage cash flow, and control overall project expenditure
- Provide formal project feedback
Skills Required
- Tertiary qualifications
- Ability to be client-facing and communicate in an articulate manner to build & maintain long-term relationships with clients
- 1-2 years’ experience under a fit-out head contractor and be competent in programming & delivering projects
- Ability to manage multiple fit-out projects, time efficiency and high attention to detail
- Possess a good attitude and willingness to work hard & grow with the business
- IT literate
