Form of workAre you a recent Graduate or Project Coordinator looking to step into a Client-Side Project Manager role? Eager to work on fast moving projects across Commercial Assets?
This is a Project Manager role with a Client-Side organisation, working on multiple minor works projects across Commercial Assets including Schools and Office complexes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing key areas of the projects including programming, documentation, contract management and subcontractor management.
- Liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community in consultation on the project
- Coordinating on-site works and a presence is required on-site to oversee progression.
- Tracking and Reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
- Ensure the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following skills & experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Construction practices and methodologies
- Ideally possess Engineering qualifications or Construction Management degree or relevant trade background
- Demonstrated capacity working in an end-end Project management role or willingness to learn
- Flexible working hours and arrangements
- Work within a friendly and cooperative environment
- Option to advance your skills into more complex projects
