ABOUT THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Practice Manager in our Sydney CBD office on a full-time permanent basis. You will work operationally and closely with shared services as you undertake:
- Practice Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Legal Practice, and lead the administrative and support staff by ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Compliance: Ensure our adherence to all legal, regulatory, and professional standards and requirements
- Management and Supervision: Supervise 3 administrative staff, manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment
- Client Relations: Enhance client satisfaction by ensuring the highest level of service and maintaining strong client relationships both internal and external
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the practice
- Technology and Systems Management: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of practice management software and other IT systems
ABOUT YOU: You will be pre-emptive and have foresight as you:
- Display strong leadership and management abilities
- Exemplary organisational and multitasking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PEXA, LEAP practice management software and IT systems
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management
- In-depth knowledge of legal industry standards and compliance requirements
