AddressHOME IMPACT PTY LTD are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team. The Junior Project Manager will be involved in a variety of residential projects including new builds, alterations and additions and duplexes. This role will involve assisting in project success by liaising with key stakeholders during the stages of procurement and duration of the build. The position offers a unique opportunity for a Project Manager in the early stages of their career.

Duties & tasks:
- Assist with all phases of projects from initial establishment to handover and project closure under supervision.
- Assist with the co-ordination of consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and project team to achieve the best performance and outcome.
- Work with estimating team to assist in tendering and management/administration of contracts throughout the construction process.
- Assist in project documentation including certificate compilation as well as occupation certificate related works.
- Assist in the development of project budgets in accordance with client requirements and forecast expenditure to achieve completion within budget.
- Interpret architectural drawings and specifications under supervision.
- Work with site foreman and estimating team to manage labour resources, and the procurement and delivery of materials, plants, and equipment.
- Consult with architects, engineering professionals and other professionals, and technical and trades under supervision.
- Assists in the preparation of tenders and contract bids.
- Assists in the implementation of coordinated work programs for sites.
- Ensures adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost, and safety.
Requirements & qualifications:
- Tertiary qualified or studying towards a qualification is highly desirable.
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to jump in and assist our small team to get the job done.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be an Australian resident or citizen.
