This company is a nationally recognised builder, operating across Australia and delivering commercial and fitout projects. This firm specialises in the delivery of a diverse range of exciting projects, from high-end large scale commercial new builds through to government fitout and refurbishment projects. Having an already well established relationship with a high profile Government department, this company has secured a number of exciting refurbishment projects. As such, this company is seeking to employ a driven Junior Project Manager with aspirations to grow into a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of an important client and it’s portfolio of on-going projects throughout the country.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager, you will report to the Project Director. The intention is for this JPM to be groomed into a Project Manager to become the company specialist PM for this major client and their on-going portfolio, spanning dozens of projects per year. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver multiple government refurbishment projects across NSW, right from the design stages through to completion. These ongoing projects range from $500K - $50m. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard. You will be required to travel interstate and within NSW from time to time, with all travel and hotel expenses paid for by the company.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
- Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Minimum 3 years experience
