The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Investment Management business. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for the evaluation of prospective acquisitions and computing fund performance through proprietary Excel models, assisting with the preparation of investment memorandums and investment committee papers, market research and assisting with stakeholder queries. The scope also includes various analytical tasks and contributions to data-driven decision-making processes and reports. The junior analyst will be required to maintain our comprehensive market database.
The Candidate
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business or Property) or on a pathway to completion
- MS Office skills including advanced Excel, intermediate PowerPoint, and strong numeracy skills.
- High level of attention to detail, with passion and dedication
- Time management and organisation skills to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Critical thinking approach to research, combined with proactive analytical problem-solving skills.
- Professional, collaborative, and confident
- Business-level Japanese proficiency would be looked upon favourably but is not a requirement of the role.
