Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and rapid iteration practices to deliver incremental value to stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to inform project decision-making.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance efforts, ensuring that digital solutions meet functional and performance requirements and deliver optimal user experiences.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including business cases, user stories, process flows, and system specifications, maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Actively participate in project meetings, workshops, and stand-ups, contributing ideas, feedback, and suggestions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication to ensure project success.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital technologies, agile methodologies, and rapid iteration practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience or coursework in business analysis, project management, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of digital technologies and platforms, including web development, mobile applications, and cloud computing.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
