Be part of our Global Supply business, which is a cross functional global team responsible for the procurement, technology, reporting, financial management, pricing and support of FCTG's global supply chain. Our Global Supply team empowers our famous worldwide brands to deliver on their customer promise.
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who is experienced in analysing and identifying business needs and improvements, to assist with driving efficiencies across internal processes and improving technology platforms and products, specifically in our Travel Box team.
If you are knowledgeable in business process improvement, software development life cycle methodologies, including financial analysis, and experience in creating commercial business cases to understand the ROI of opportunities, please apply!
Day to day:
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities
- Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meetbusiness requirements
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- 2+ years professional experience in a Business Analyst role
- Experience using Travel Box or similar software
- Experience within travel or other internet-scale environments
- Background knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design and architecture
- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement
- Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
