The Positions & Role

Due to continuing growth, we areseeking a Junior Property and Commercial Lawyer to join our growing team. Thesuccessful applicant(s) will be responsible for: 

• Taking instructions and providing legal advice in a broad range of matters including property & commercial matters.
• Taking primary file handling responsibilities with supervision
• Working alongside partners and other lawyers on complex matters.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.

About you

Ideally you will have the following:

• 1-2 years post admission experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.
• Admission or the ability to be admitted as a Lawyer in Victoria
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Quick learner.
• Process driven, with excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other platforms.
• Familiarity with LEAP/Smokeball preferable but not essential. 
• Due to our client base, candidates fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is well regarded, but not essential.
