Junior Property Leasing Lawyer

The Firm

Our client is a prestigious National Law firm known for its commitment to excellence and outstanding legal services. They are currently seeking a property lawyer to join their dynamic Real Estate team.

With offices strategically located throughout the country, this law firm boasts a strong national presence. Joining team team means gaining access to a vast network of legal professionals, broadening your horizons, and expanding your professional reach.

You will be part of a cohesive team, with friendly colleagues and very reasonable billable targets. The firm has gone from strength to strength in recent times and it continues to grow at an impressive rate. As such, they have identified a need for a junior level Property Lawyer to bolster their Commercial & Property team.

About You

You will have a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience and up to 3 years post admission experience gained in property law, with genuine experience in commercial leasing matters.  

You will enjoy acting for clients in all aspects of acquisition, development and disposal of real estate including related contracts. You will have significant files assisting clients with negotiation and documenting leases and all related documents for their commercial, retail and industrial holdings.
