Description
We are seeking a diligent Contracts Administrator/Estimator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in managing contractual agreements, estimation and general administration/project management between Wild Modular and our clients, suppliers, and partners. An all rounder.
Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, and manage all contracts.
- Address contractual questions and provide clarification, both internally and externally.
- Maintain an organised system for tracking and archiving contracts.
- Purchase Orders.
- Progress Claims.
- Procore.
- Basic estimating of projects.
- Project Management.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Preparation of Fee Proposals.
Requirements
- 3+ Years experience in a commercial CA or Estimator role.
- Proven experience with amounts surpassing $10m.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations surrounding contracts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
- Proficiency in Procore.
