The Duties:
- Support a Team Leader / Senior Property Manager with a pristine portfolio of 300 properties
- Coordinate and conduct open homes
- Check and approve tenancy applications
- Answer inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email & web
- Assist with repairs and maintenance management
- Assist with arrears management
- Prepare Advertising for rental properties
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
- General administration and database management
The Person:
While a Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered, we welcome candidates with or without prior experience. If you are a self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career!
